Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
We’re sorry, but once an order has been placed, tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded, except in case of cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
If you purchased your ticket on LiveNation.fr and your event is cancelled or rescheduled, please refer to the refund or exchange conditions provided by our partner Ticketmaster.
When will I receive my tickets?
By accessing your My Account area, you can:
• Track the status of your order,
• Track the delivery of your tickets if sent by postal services,
• Reprint your e-ticket(s).

I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If after 48 hours following your order on LiveNation.fr you still haven’t received a confirmation email, you can check the status of your order in your My Account area.
NB: Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder — your booking confirmation may have ended up there.
Where can I buy tickets for concerts and shows produced by Live Nation?
You can purchase your tickets on www.livenation.fr, or through the following official resellers: Ticketmaster.fr, Auchan, E.Leclerc, Cultura, Fnac, and directly from the concert venues.
Please note that if you buy tickets from unofficial ticketing sites, we cannot be held responsible in case of fake tickets.
What should I do if I lose my ticket?
In case of lost or stolen tickets, it is not always possible to issue duplicates.
Tickets purchased are subject to French ticketing laws, as well as the regulations of the event and venues.
For duplicate requests in case of lost or stolen tickets purchased on LiveNation.fr, please contact our partner Ticketmaster two to three weeks before the event.

We provide concert times at the time of booking and on your ticket.

They are usually available directly from the venues where the concerts take place.
